Policy implications:
A case for more regulation or for more organisational psychology?
Many policy options can be drawn to address "wrongful" corporate behaviour, including:
- more regulation
- more emphasis on corporate ethics
- rethinking of the ways we measure performance
Are our societies putting too much emphasis on regulation as a policy instrument? Should policy choices take more account of sociological and psychological factors, make more use of social and behavioural tools?
